Mark Dorman

Mark J. Dorman is the founder and Managing Partner of TAB Western Reserve in Medina, Ohio.

President of Dorman Legacy Advisors, Mark specializes in helping business owners create an exit and transitional plan from their businesses. The process improvement model is carefully constructed to increase value and position the company as desirable, qualified, and sound.

Mark has more than 30 years of experience working with business owners, corporate executives, and retirees and also hosts the weekly radio show, Your Business, Your Legacy on the Exit Coach Radio Network.

Mark founded Dorman Farrell, LLC in 1999 and the firm received numerous awards including Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead 100 Ranking for business growth for two years in a row.

A dedicated community volunteer, he serves the community in various leadership positions including the Medina County Economic Development Corporation, Medina County Port Authority, and Leadership Medina County.

A graduate of Cleveland State University, Mark is a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS).

Tim Turrittin

Tim N. Turrittin is a Partner, Facilitator and Coach of TAB Western Reserve in Medina, Ohio.

As the Founder and Senior Partner of Axis Business Performance, Tim specializes in helping businesses increase market share and enterprise value while helping the business owners unlock their full potential. The methodologies utilized are widely accepted and proven across a variety of industry and geographies. Tim has recently partnered with Mark Dorman in helping to launch and build TAB Western Reserve.

Tim has more than 30 years of experience working in functional areas that include sales leadership, sales training, marketing management, small business consulting, general management, and executive leadership across a variety of industries such as healthcare, contract office furniture, commercial insurance, technology, banking and finance. Furthermore, he has worked directly for Fortune 500 companies as well as family owned businesses and dotcom start-ups.

Tim has lived in Ohio for most of his life and has spent the past 17 years in Medina, Ohio with his wife and three children. He has been a coach and volunteer during his time in Medina. He has been very active in working to support the Medina City Schools and recently co-chaired a successful levy campaign.

He earned an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

James D. Boyes

James D. Boyes is a Facilitator and Coach for TAB Western Reserve in Medina, Ohio.

Jim has more than 40 years of experience in public education. His career included 34 years in educational administration. During his career he served as Superintendent of Buckeye Local Schools, Superintendent of the Medina County Educational Service Center and Director of the Medina County University Center. Due to his involvement with the Medina County business community he was able to apply solid business practices to the running of the schools that he led.

Jim has served as President of the Medina County Economic Development Corporation, Medina County Workforce Development Board, United Way of Medina County and the Medina County Drug Abuse Commission. He led a coalition of Medina County community leaders that established the Medina County University Center, a University Of Akron satellite that focused on workforce development, adult learners and first time college students. Jim led the Medina County University Center, the first permanent university facility in Medina County, for four years during its start-up phase.
